Vancouver, B.C..

Gateway to the Great Land, Vancouver serves as the point of disembarkation for our cruise vacation. This city is a multi-ethnic rainbow of cultures, with the second largest Chinatown in North America. It is a cosmopolitan city with a European feel and a personality all its own. Other prime attractions include the serenely beautiful enclave of Stanley Park, and the swaying Capilano Suspension Bridge, the highest and longest footbridge in the world

Inside Passage

This scenic waterway reaches 1,000 miles from beautiful British Columbia to historic Skagway. Through a maze of bays, straits and fjords you’ll cruise past an ever-changing panorama of unspoiled beauty with sights of cascading waterfalls, virgin forests and glacier-carved fjords.

Tracy Arm Cruising

Tracy Arm is another fjord in the southeast that features tidewater glaciers and steep 2,000 foot granite walls that rise straight out of the water. You are almost guaranteed of seeing seals inside the arm and there is a good possibility of spotting whales.

Juneau

When drifter Joe Juneau picked up the first Alaska gold nugget from Gold Creek in 1880, he could hardly imagine his name would be affixed to a state capital. Fronting the blue waters of the Gastineau Channel and surrounded by Mt. Juneau and the Tongass National Forest wilderness; visual drama avails. Visit the stately Governor’s Mansion, the Red Dog Saloon, or sightsee the mighty Mendenhall Glacier. Residents claim it is the most scenic capital in the country.

Skagway

The northern most port on the Inside Passage, Skagway is where prospectors of 1898 gathered their provisions for the grueling trip over the mountains to the Klondike gold fields. Skagway retains the flavor of the gold rush era, especially on Broadway, with its false- front buildings, and in the Trail of '98 Museum, with its outstanding collection of memorabilia.

Glacier Bay National Park

This is one of Alaska’s most dramatic and unforgettable sights. Thousand-year-old glacier ice cliffs lay before you in countless shades of white, blue, gray and green, rising straight from the sea. Park Rangers board the ship to interpret all the sights and sounds you experience.

Ketchikan

This waterfront town built on trestles, docks and pilings looks like it has been plucked from a storybook about frontier life. Explore historic Creek Street, now a covey of contemporary art galleries and quaint boutiques. Meet the spirits of the raven, whale and eagle as you view the largest collection of totems in the world at Totem Bight Park.
